My wife and I live in the Village of Williston in a house built in 1838. I grow most of the vegetables in our yard behind the house. We use raised beds and no-till methods. Pickled beets, dilly beans, corn relish, salsa verde, sweet and dill pickles are some of our pickled products. Each jar is canned in our kitchen.
